Return Policy


To complete your return, please visit and follow the instructions.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.   You can return any new, undamaged and unworn (except for trying it on for size) clothing with original tags still attached for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.   

For products being returned from a USA Address:

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.   If you want a refund of your purchase price (less any original shipping fees), back to your original payment method, we will deduct a $10.00 return shipping fee per item from the refund.  If you want to do an exchange or store credit to apply to any future purchases, you will receive store credit for the full value of your purchase (less any original shipping fees) once we receive it in our warehouse.

For products being returned from NON-USA addresses:

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.    Returns for refund only.  (Shipping charges will not be refunded)  Exchanges will require a new order to be placed by the customer.  If a one-time coupon code was used on the original order, we will accommodate the same discount for the exchange.  Please reach out to for instructions before returning anything.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of such a defect.  We will pay for return shipping (USA only), and upon verification of the defect, we will repair and return or send a replacement item.   If we believe the item is not defective, we will contact you to discuss the reason you felt it was defective.

Any returned packages received without an RMA or ORDER number on the package may be refused or there may be a significant delay in processing.  Unidentified packages become the sole property of Thumb United.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

To return your product, please follow the instructions above.  DO NOT MAIL PRODUCTS TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as described above.

If you choose to mail an item to us at your expense, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  You should also consider purchasing applicable shipping insurance to cover the full cost of the item. We are not responsible for such items lost or damaged in shipping.
