Shipping Times shown when checking out are ESTIMATES ONLY and are NOT A PROMISE OF ON-TIME DELIVERY.  Please read below for more details.

Thumb United has partnered with ShipAid—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. ShipAid provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.  ShipAid provides expedited, hassle-free replacements.

If you have not declined the ShipAid coverage and you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with ShipAid here (https://resolve.shipaid.com/) to receive an expedited hassle-free replacement of lost and damaged packages, usually within a few days, subject to claim approval by ShipAid.

IF YOU DECLINED THE SHIPAID PACKAGE PROTECTION and a shipment is lost or damaged, a loss/damage claim will be filed with the respective carrier.  Please email hello@thumbunited.com with details.  If and only if the carrier approves the claim, Thumb United will replace the lost or damaged product up to a maximum value of $150.  If the carrier rejects the claim, Thumb United will not refund or replace the product.    PLEASE NOTE THAT CARRIERS CAN TAKE AS LONG AS 6 WEEKS OR MORE TO RESOLVE A CLAIM and are far more likely to reject the claim than ShipAid.  

Please use care when agreeing to a carrier release online, such as through the UPS My Choice program, as you lose all loss protection when you agree to the release.    

Thumb United ships from multiple locations throughout the United States.  In some cases, your order may come in multiple packages from different locations.   If you have any questions about your order and shipping, please email hello@thumbunited.com.

"Free" and "Standard" shipping (USA only):  There are no guarantees of delivery time.  Thumb United utilizes a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and others.  Every attempt will be made to ensure delivery within 10 business days of receipt of the order.

Paid USA Shipping:  Thumb United offers multiple shipping options as a courtesy to our customers.   Any delivery guarantees are strictly the responsibility of the carrier.  For example, choosing and paying for "Next Day Air" does not imply that Thumb United is responsible in any way for delivery delays.   If you have any questions or concerns about a delivery, please reach out to hello@thumbunited.com before ordering so that we can avoid any misunderstandings.  

If a customer chooses any paid shipping option for USA Deliveries other than "Standard Shipping", Thumb United makes every effort to ensure that the product will be shipped no later than the next 1-2 business days (not including respective carrier holidays).   This does not apply to products requiring special handling, such as embroidery or patches.    Shipping charges will be refunded on request if we fail to meet this commitment.

Paid International Shipping:  Customer is fully responsible for all customs duties and fees, including brokerage fees imposed by UPS, DHL, and others.   Thumb United cannot advise on what those fees may be.  Please call the respective carrier if you have any questions on what those fees may be.  All invoices sent with your order will include the actual price paid for the order as it is against the law to claim an artificially low price.  Please don't ask us to do so.   Packages returned as undeliverable will be automatically refunded less any return shipping costs and the original shipping fees.  Refunds for returns may take up to 30 days to process pending return shipping fees.  Packages that are undeliverable and abandoned will not be refunded unless it is the direct result of an error caused by Thumb United.
