We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any new, undamaged and unworn (except for trying it on for size) clothing with original tags still attached for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
For regular priced items, If you want a cash/credit card refund, there will be a $10.00 return shipping fee per item. If you want store credit to apply to any future purchases, including an exchange, we will pay the return shipping on regular priced items.
For sale priced items, If you want a cash/credit card refund, there will be a $10.00 return shipping fee per item. If you want store credit to apply to any future purchases, including an exchange, there will be a $5.00 return shipping fee per item.
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of such a defect. We will pay for return shipping, and upon verification of the defect, we will send a replacement item. If we believe the item is not defective, we will contact you to discuss the reason you felt it was defective.
To complete your return, please follow these simple steps.
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your original order number and item details, especially if you ordered more than one item on that order. Also include the reason for the return, and whether you want store credit or refund. If defective, please let us know if you want a replacement.
2. Within 1-2 business days, we will either contact you with return shipping instructions, or with any additional questions we may have. The return shipping will including an RMA number which must be written clearly on the package.
3. Upon receipt and verification of returned item, we will process the refund, store credit, or exchange.
Any returned packages received without RMA numbers on the package may be refused or there may be a significant delay in processing. Unidentified packages become the sole property of Thumb United.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please follow the instructions above. DO NOT MAIL PRODUCTS TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as described above.
If you choose to mail an item to us at your expense, you should consider using a trackable shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. You should also consider purchasing applicable shipping insurance to cover the full cost of the item. We are not responsible for such items lost or damaged in shipping.
